On top of being specialized in plastic injection, we provide a wide range of products and services in several production processes.

Printing

We recently acquire four pad-printing machines to perform "on-line" printing during production process. We also perform heat transfer, and various processes of printing "on request".

Assembling

Monitoring each critical step, we perform any kind of productions, from basic to complicated processes. We can personalize our injected products and make sure the product will match our clientsÕ requirements. With our European standards knowledge and a good understanding of our customer needs, we supervise the production daily to ensure high quality outputs.

Quality control

With quality as first priority, our QC/QA managers are performing on-line QC during production, as well as Final QC before shipment. Key point of our organization, they also train the workers on quality control, making sure everyone understands and applies our standard.

Packing

To provide tailor made packaging, our Packing Department is using blister, bulk pack, cardboard, paper, game board, instruction manual, outside cardboard, inner box, Master carton, Export carton, and special conditioning on request.
